HI Kirk,

Yup, my only purchases the last 2 years have been land and dividend Aristocrats with the dividends received on cash and stock.

Thinking I'm over that too.

Gonna build cash.

May not make it to K2 but will be comfortable in the long run.

Too much undue concentration in equities.

The one thing about land is it is taxed annually.

Must be able to handle the taxes with cash flow on hand.

So far so good.

If commodities show inflation, it will be easier to handle cash flow .

Ag land always pays when commodities go up in price.

Beans almost in the teens and lumber has doubled to tripled.

So far so good.

I hope suspect, land can be bought much more reasonably, when cash is once again king.

Will take time.
