I bought a Silencer power supply from PC Power and Cooling and am very happy with its quietness. Quietest 've ever had. Ordering and shipping was well-handled by them.

Power Supply: 3.3 volts

I'm looking at PC Power and Cooling:
pcpowercooling.com

They offer the Turbo-Cool 300 ATX for $129

How does this differ from their Turbo Cool 300 3.3 volts?

Which one would you buy and why?

Also, is the extra $50 for Turbo Cool vs Silencer worth the difference?
