RIP misha I remember him posting his street photography here - they were beautiful photos. I recall he said he used a small dome of a camera which he held at hip level and snapped pictures. they were absolutely natural and like the obituary said, they "invited you in". he was a very talented photographer. elpolvo would be sad to hear of his passing. :(

I spoke to Daniel in Prague back in September, one day we talked he wanted to help some homeless people out and invited them back to his apartment, they beat him up, robbed him, stole his wallet and phone. I was the first one to buy his book, In Your Face. That seem to motivate him, he was very thankful for me buying the first copy. RIP my friend.

Though we never met in person, I considered Michael a friend. Interacting here on SI and via email. We had a lot in common. One thing he taught me was to eat radishes when drinking a lager beer, A great pairing. Try it and toast to Michael.
