Reno and the DOJ did a very good job in limiting the SP in the Espy case who found much more to the probe than what was originally thought. I don't have the details and I will have to find out. But don't paint Reno as a cowering AG that will give into Starr. What I have found out is that the only one that can limit or fire Starr is Reno herself. The three judge panel can not take Starr off the case. I can't answer the question about why the PJ defense team won't move the trial up. I don't know if they can nor do I know if the Judge will let them. Sorry. Re: Campaign reform. Repubs are interested in camp. reform. At the moment they are in the midst of debating or voting on the Feingold/McCain bill. I honestly haven't followed it that much. I do think that the Repubs are more interested in first finding out about the improprieties committed by the Dems first before htiing camp. fin. reform. It's political. Dems would have done the same thing if the table were reversed. And don't say that I believe the Repubs are any cleaner when it come to fund raising. If you want my opin., let anyone give as much as they want as long as it is publically known at the time the money is given. As long as their are inane laws governing fund raising, there will always be a way to circumvent them. How many lawyers does Starr have? I don't know? If you really think that Starr job is easy now that he's chasing four or five tales, then you must not understand the complexities of his job coupled with the difficult nature of the scandals he's now looking into. I can tell you that I surely don't understand a lot of what's going on. BTW, my use of "one man" was figurative not literal. I'm not as stupid as I look :-) I don't know what country you are from, but my concern with CLinton isn't just with his uncontrollable libido( I am aware the european countries view infidelity differently than we do). That's just the tip of the iceberg. His conduct in other areas have taken the office of the presidency to a very ignoble level. Sorry, got so many messages that I wasn't able to proof what I just wrote.....
