Not quite that clear to me, will likely have to be determined by SCOTUS. If there are disputed slates of electors, the branches of Congress separate for two hours (or whatever it takes?). If they vote and come back for the slate of electors, then... Pence seems to have power as President of Senate over which slate to accept/reject if states have presented two slates, OR, he can also reject electors if he decides they do not represent the Peoples vote. If neither candidate has 270+, then it goes to HOR, with each state having one vote.... Someone more knowledgable please correct.
