They need an email address on their site, at a minimum.>> I concur completely. I have left messages on the 800 number multiple times and only one call has been returned. I'm even thinking of sponsoring a shareholder resolution requiring that shareholder calls be returned no later than the next business day. Rachel is very nice once you finally get to talk with her, but if their products were as lousy as their shareholder communications, the company would be broke. I wonder whether anybody from Adaptec reads this thread???
