Yes, U of M isn't called the Berkely of the Midwest for nothing. Remember Drakes-right near Moe's sport shop off of State st? Well, when I was there, the old guy who owned the place mistook a group of women whom he mistaked as being guys because of their haircuts. He wanted them to leave because they didn't order anything to eat and it was his policy that he didn't want people to hang around his store if they didn't order food. Well, these women happened to be lesbians and took his actions to mean that he wanted them out because they were lesbians. A big uproar started when these women started to picket outside. We affectionately called them the Drake Dykes.
