TG, Pugs is not obligated to give you any info and I am glad that he doesn't, as for you being under the impression that Mork is not being investigated, maybe you are under duress from posting so much. How can he mislead anyone into investing, we simply are not trading at this time, opportune isn't it. dj

Sure TG I rec'd a letter from the Supervisor of Examiners with the NASD informing me that my "complaint " about Mork & DVBC was defered to the SEC. I had 'complained' to the NASD about cert waits. They notified me that my 'complaint' about Mork and DVBC was "defered" to the SEC. I called the lawyer my "complaint" was sent to, because my "complaint" was about a 3 month wait for certs, not Mork. The attorney told me that she can't discuss the "investigation" with the public.
