My curiosity comes from the experience that I know Germans to be vastly different from each region.

I love Munich...I remember a wonderful Sunday morning date at the
Karl Valentin Museum/Restaurant at the Isar gate. Lifetimes ago.
(That's another story.)

The merger CPQ and DEC puts pressure on CPQ's competitors.
What is your opinion concerning Dell's response.

If you already posted, refer me to the post I missed it.

Any thoughts as to a DELL response on Feb 18 CC. concerning CPQ/DEC.
DELL shareholers might want some future direction for DELL to continue to be competitve.

I believe Pfeif has also spent some (??) time in the US when at TI (20 years at TI) - he has an MBA from SMU and trust this happened when he perhaps was in Dallas/FW area.
