Borusa, You must be an expert on Double Standards. I sure am. I've been watching both Democrats and Republicans practice them for decades now. Not only am I an expert on double standards, I have a Ph.D on the subject. In any case, more often than not I tend to favor rank-n-file police officers, who have to do some of the toughest jobs in our nation. And the way the police were understaffed last Wednesday is no different than the way police are understaffed all across the country. Now you tell me, how is "defunding" going to solve that problem? After all, Maxine Waters, who called for police protection during the storming of the Capitol, should have been sent a team of social workers and crisis counselors. Tenchusatsu
