Im not certain that is solvable right now and it needs to be done at the State level. What I do think would help and I mentioned it here before is if Biden came out and said yes this needs to be looked into. While maybe not perfect things have moved to far along to be reversed. I also have not kept up with the issues as my line in the sand was lets see where the first ones go and if nothing comes of them Im not wasting anymore ram on it lol. Im pretty limited in that department.
