Jeff
When was the last time you saw a biotech like TCLN go away competely. I mean file bankruptcy?? Seragen is the closest I can think of. They failed in the end because their technology failed.

I have heard the FDA data from the Ph II trials on Lym I. 56% respoonse rate with 29% complete response for incurable high grade NHL. One low grade patient had response after 1 treatment. Coulter is confirming what Dr Epstein and the people at USC already know. That the I131 isotope is the most effective agent to KILL cancer. AND the FDA is aware of this because CLTR has shown them the light. Thank you CLTR.

We know that TNT is effective. The China report for terminal Glioma patients proves this. We should be getting more news on China and the progress of their TNT trials sometime soon.

The trials for Lym I and TNT will begin very soon here in the US.

I believe that the $5 million will come from the Legere's or someone like them and the focus will be on cutting payroll and misc overhead. The bulk of the money will go to the trials.

Yes, there is plenty to be critical of. The position we are in is the result of management mistakes. I dont think there is any question about that. However, this is the essential moment as I said before. Investors can either HOLD, BUY or SELL. Its your choice and the choice of all of us. My choice is to buy. I dont claim to know the future as you seem to know it. At least that is the implication of your post especially when you say this is a bad investment 'at this price'. I respectfully disagree.

And one last point, if Lon and others had listened to Darth we would not be in this position. In my opinion he was right. They chose not to and for that we can blame them for this day. However, the question remains HOLD,BUY or SELL

Jeff, you say "In our lives we have all met evil and manipulative people. What happens when these kind of people control a company in which we own stock? Sometimes exactly what is happening with TCLN". SOMETIMES? But not all the time! Jeff, is this possibly what happened to you when you posted your comments? "I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory". Have a nice day!

John

Jeff, I almost took you seriously but when I looked at your holdings I see that you are in the Brenda Greer group. You're not such a clever boy after all.

Whatever, the point is not that the S-3 group is trying to destroy the stock. They just want to create as much panic, pandemonium and selling as possible thereby driving the stock down to where they can convert many more shares than they could have at a higher price. Once they become owners they may be TCLN's biggest boosters. I may be able to buy the stock at a lower price but the upside is unlimited and the situation is obviously explosive. As to NASD the people who fear them usually have good reason and if they were to disappear from this situation TCLN would be $3 this week.
