Davis...what is it that Brenda is trying to say that she doesn't want to say herself? I don't understand why she needs to get other people to post for her. My impression was that she was out of the stock and angry about the losses she suffered...nothing like the magnitude of the losses I've suffered..so what's in it for her here?

There are some things that should be explained though..and that's who are the players and which side are they on? I posted some of Shero's links..and haven't seen or heard a response to them on the thread. You've been so positive about the stock and management changes and here we are at $1..no new CEO..no new management at the helm...just accusations and incredibly awful market performance. I thought I'd look for the post I did around the 5 level when the chart really began to look lousy...I asked on the thread if anyone could explain the weakness in the stock. Shero told me to go shopping and you were still saying the stock was a buy.

These are a few enthusiastic posts from the past. I know you still like the stock but anyone who bought around the time of these posts has gotten badly burned. What I think would help ..would be clear statements from both you and Shero about where this company is, who is going to lead it out of the morass we are in and what the future of the Company holds...in you own opinions, of course. Then we would have a difinitive statement to draw our own conclusions from.

It seems to me that both you and Shero were on the same side of the argument for a new management team. We don't have one. We do have the stock at $1..and lack of momentum from the Board has made that possible not to mention the personal financial mismanagement of the CEO, Corporate counsel and CFO, I believe...If their positions did not have to be sold out maybe the S3 shorts wouldn't have been able to be this destructive.

I hope whoever had a hand in this gets nailed if there is anything that can be done to them. But more importantly..as Dave Belz said..we do have decisions to make..BUY, SELL or HOLD. Will we have a management team who can get the job done or not?..Let's hear from you and Shero on this. Because frankly, we were all told that a new CEO was going to be priority TBA somewhere around the first of the year. Well it's now February...
