I'm new to this thread but have been following the company
for a few years. I'd like to point out two things: when the
company "reacquired" the rights to LYM-1 you can be sure
that Alpha was through with it and decided it wasn't worth
pursuing any longer. That could be for many reasons, including
uinreasonable FDA requirements (wouldn't be the first time).
Second, have you noticed WHO has been selling lately? Rudy
Shepherd, Lon Stone, et al. The company's press release claime
it was due to covering margin calls, but...? OTOH, Clive
Taylor was in the market buying last month, and he and Epstein
work together at USC and probably knows more about the medical
potential than anyone. Unfortunately, many great and promising
technologies fail for reasons having nothing to do with the
technologies themselves....

Alys, I think the URL's you posted are still good reasons for owning TCLN. I can add the new protocols and the fact that the price is so low as further motivation to own more. I am confident that money can be raised as needed and am not worried about the financial situation. Like Shero I have always bought more below a dollar, this being the third time since '89. Having said that I would not like to see a major equity dilution whether by a new financing or S-3 chicanery. But either way it's to our benefit to buy at these prices too.

I think a new CEO can wait until TCLN gets through this 2-10 to 3-24 conversion period. Right now it's a distraction and we shareholders need all the employees working. Give them some breathing room and let's see what the new protocols, possible license, conversion cap, etc. can do for the stock price. Anyone hired right now would likely be of the vulture variety. I think we have already seen what associations with those Darth Vader types can do to the company.

After 3-24 the stock price should strengthen no matter what, maybe even the scientific fundamentals will be appreciated. I think TCLN will be able to deal from a stronger hand then and finding a more suitable CEO will be easier. Too bad the Search Firm did not do its' job better.

Were Darth and Celeryroot the only ones to understand the S-3?
