Thanks for the clarification rb. Question if you will, when they have established their 450 DVGs havent they in effect built an intranet? In addition will they be in complete control of the traffic ? Also will it not be a bargaining chip for better rates locally if they are being utilized by a sizeable marketshare? .02 is a nice number is it not .Good luck in your decission.
