Over the years, he has counseled a wide spectrum of Fortune 500 and other companies in marketing and advertising strategy as well as in general corporate management. Among his clients have been such companies as Time, Inc., Equitable Life, Western Union and Republic National Bank. He is credited with creating the concept for the 800 toll-free number as a marketing tool and launched and headed a publicly-held corporation to offer this service. Mr. Roll is listed in Who's Who in America and other references. He was previously President and COO of Maco Communications. Kathy Mei-Hwa Hsieh, Vice President, Asian Ventures Director. Ms. Hsieh has a successful track record in project financing, specifically with multi-million dollar projects in China involving industries and infrastructures--raising capital for dams, manufacturing plants and transportation facilities. She is retained by Zhanjiaing Jianhai International in China as a financial consultant, a major firm responsible for a variety of large projects. She has also worked in American companies as an economist, financial analyst, account manager and foreign currency trader. Born and educated in Taiwan, Ms. Hsieh is an expert on international finance and has conducted research projects on investments in Asia for OECDDevelopment Center in Paris, France. She speaks and writes Chinese, English, French and is proficient in German. In addition to her work in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, she has developed an extensive network of business and financial contacts throughout Southeast Asia and Europe. Lenwood W. Freas, Creative Director of ICR International Advertising. Mr. Freas was formerly creative director of Young & Rubicam and Dentsu. He has an outstanding background noted by many creative awards. He has created magazines for the American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Association of National Advertisers. He represented the U.S. in communications arts at Mexico's World Fair. Currently, he lectures and gives seminars around the world --- recently he gave a series of lectures to Lucky Goldstar and Oricom in South Korea.
