Jack, not only do I appreciate your faithfully posting FTEL's trading logs, I also appreciate these recent words of yours (to be more than fair, I'll delete the name of the subject of your post):

<(Name), (Name), (Name) ~ Why do you insist on trying to dis-credit a company that you aren't invested in? Has Franklin Telecomm done you any wrong? I honestly do not understand. What if I were to take a company at ramdom (let's say kegaque.com ) and start trashing their product over the internet without ever having tried it. The internet is a very powerful tool that can be used to build or destroy. It is up to the person using the tool.>

Although I attempted to say this sort of things a few posts back by saying "It seems logical for me and others to wonder...where DO these persons find the time to write such messages? To think, most or all of them claim they're not even Franklin investors! Too much time on their hands?", your post, being way more comprehensive than mine, certainly does this important subject much better justice.

Thanks Jacksman, now off to something infinitely more important...reading Winnie the Pooh books with my little girl. Hope your little one is OK (I remember reading sometime ago on this thread that you had a young one as well)!

Shalom all

Jack,

Sorry for the delay in responding to you. A few comments on your well written post. I pretty much pass over your posts on Ftel as they are not full of hype and usually reasonable. As for me hiding behind my keyboard and writing whatever I would like, that's not factual. As you must know my name is real and so am I. I make no attempt to hide who am I am through any form of alias ( by the way, I find no fault with someone using an alias on SI, although I do not as sometimes it is a necessity ).

You asked why I'm here, today in previous posts, I feel I made clear why I'm here.

You wrote >>>If you were short the stock I could understand why you could choose to destroy (not that it would be ethical).<<<<

" If your statement above is correct, then why wouldn't the reverse apply" ?? Simply put I do not believe most of what has been or is written about Ftel. You say that you've done an enormous amount of research into the chances of this little company making it? Has your research yielded any more info than what is currently available. Perhaps you can enlighten me and convince me to take a position.

I think I present compelling arguments that go against the grain of popular opinion here, that's all. If my arguments and research prove incorrect, Ftel will be the avenue of proof.
Since I began posting here that has not happened.

They will soon sign meaningful contracts ( not intrine.com's under construction ) with tangible revenues either due soon or at least within a few quarters. Please Jack reread all ftels news releases for the past few years and tell me what has materialized from ONE of those releases, aside from another product release with earnings just on the horizon. PRESS RELEASES REFERENCED BELOW, I feel that has been the pattern, why is
" this time different".

ftel.com

You also ask how I would feel if someone attacked my investment, well that happens each day to many of the stocks I hold. If those arguments are logical, I may pay good attention to those attacks and possibly act, after checking to see if they are correct.

In closing you state " that you firmly believe that life has a way of balancing scales" , in essence I feel the same, that's why I frequent and post to this board.

Regards,
Tom
