James, absolutely....I made the point to Janice a while back that the logical reason as to why Starr is holding out on total immunity for Lewinsky is that he wants her to come clean about the totality of her sworn statement. Thus far she is willing to admit to the sexual relationship (probably knows there is confirming evidence floating around out there) but does not know what he has on the "talking points" papers she gave Tripp. High stakes game of chicken.....
