I can get a Quest4.7 at the same place I can get a Jaz2.

Obsolete? Pray tell, tell me where I can get a drive from Iomega that can read and write Zip, Jaz, Bernoulli, and Vapor! discs. I'll buy it.

RE: Asia Pacific and SyQuest?

Does anyone know how much business SyQuest does in Asia Pacific? It seems like it's quite a bit (compared to Iomega, anyway), but I don't recall for sure. Iomega reported last week that Asia Pacific was up 87% for them (Q4 97 vs. Q4 96), but was only about half of what they had anticipated. They expect the weakness in Asia Pacific to continue, at least through Q1, and possibly for the rest of the year.

I think that SyQuest's US growth this quarter will probably make up for any weakness in AP, but it could take a pretty big bite out of any potential increase. Comments?
