I caught a bit of O'Donnell's show last night and he said that Chump could issue 'secret' pardons that nobody would be aware of until the pardoned party got into trouble and 'exercised' the pardon. That was news to me, looks like the possibilities here are endless. Sounds like another thing that should be changed for future Presidents....

Don’t trust the list. Trump doesn’t have to reveal the names of anyone he pardons. Trump can issue SECRET PARDONS. Trump can pardon himself & his family and keep that secret until they are charged with federal crimes.

According to Twitter, Trump can issue 'secret' pardons. There's nothing in the constituion that says he can't.

I don't really see how that gets anyone out of the slammer, or keeps anyone out of the slammer, unless he has some sort of witnessed or notarized documents, as he loses the power at noon tomorrow.
