Short interest ratio has gone down from 15.1% to 9.7% over the past 3 months. Still, the price has been going down.
Comments anyone?

Hankuk has their own unique process for curing film, in the order of
seconds, like Research Frontier's patent UV cure. This is according to Pat Bryant at RF. In fact, Hankuk was granted a patent on their process about a year ago. This was done after spending 2 million dollars on R&D for process development of switchable film. There should be no reason for Hankuk to change their process if speed and cost of curing film is about the same. Whatever Hankuk's time table is, REFR's anouncement should not put it off track. Material Science can also speed up their process by using REFR's UV cure method if they chose to.

Sam,

I think your interpretation of current events is way off and perhaps it's the emotional roller coaster of this stock price fluctuation that is getting you down. Things are fine with the company and the latest news was in NO WAY an indication that they are "behind" in commercialization. Even if your worst scenario came true and it took longer than a year for the first products to hit the market----wouldn't it be worth the wait to own a stock that can quadruple in 2 or 3 years?

I see this as an accumulation opportunity and hardly a reason for concern as it relates to the health of the company. Just stay away from margin since that's can get you into trouble in volatile market. I feel sorry for those who are forced to sell under those conditions.

I remember 4 years ago when they told me that they will have product in 1 1/2 years. Well we are in February of 1998 and nothing out yet

Wow...and that was 8 years ago when you said that.
