There is no point in visiting this site until something happens or there is something going on with Fairmile. The stock price seems to have found it's bottom and we won't see any change until there is a major change in the price of gold or if Fairmile discovers something major like maybe enough reserves to attract a real major player.

Roman like many of the other "gals" have gone off to other plays but I suspect he still has his shares and is waiting like the rest of us. I wonder how many of the orginal Buffalo gals still have their shares?

To Anyone and Steve

I believe that this is good news however there are some things I do not understand.

1. Why did they set the price at .165 cents instead of .50 cents?
Do they not believe that this company is undervalued, because that is what I have been told for a long, long time?

2. Who will be getting the shares?

3. Does the company have new plans for promotion? How, when, where and what?

4. What are the drilling plans now that they have this placement?
Have they changed?

5. What does "No investment dealer, broker or agent will be participating in the placements. The proposed placements will be at arm's length." mean exactly?

Thanks Dug
