Gary,

<< are in possession in the London warehouses of what is estimated to be 1 years mine production of silver.>>

All of this BS over 1 years supply of silver in an LMBA warehouses. In the grand scheme of things, one year of silver does not really amount to much. When I first heard of this nefarious hoarding, I envioned a hell of a lot more than one year's supply. This whole lawsuit issue is beginning to sound more and more like utter nonsense.

If the world continues to use silver at its present rate, then we postpone the silver bull a little ... it takes mines a while to come on stream and resupply inventories. Why would those that are allegedly "hoarding" the stuff, dump it on the market (unless they were forced to a la MA's argument) .... I suspect that those that are being manipulated are the "alleged" manipulators .. in my mind one year's suppy of a commodity is not hoarding ... but in the end, it will be the market's perception of what one year's supply really means that will determine silver's near term fate ... in the longer picture 2-3 years - it's up.
