Nope. He may have pardoned himself, but even if he didn't it's not "moot." You really need to study that concept. You don't understand it in the least.

I'm not interested in discussing judicial review with you. I've seen your posts about it, refrained from chiming in on them over the many months you've posted about it. I'll just say that you are wrong and leave it that.

I do not think we know if he did or not. I believe I read if he secretly pardoned himself we would only know once he is sued. That should be a barrel of laughs.
