The Constitution says our laws are the Supreme Law of the Land and no judge can undo them. It says judges MUST follow our laws in their rulings. You can't defend a court that undoes the Supreme Law. No one can. I know judicial review is the cornerstone of Federalism, which dictates that six men on the court will control the entire government, even though the courts are the Third Branch of government and it has no power whatsoever. I can only rule but they've turned into a tool to protect criminals and destroy all else.
