Excuse me I didn't know that you were a constitutional scholar. Obviously the trial would not have been held if they didn't have jurisdiction. You continue to spew bullshit and obviously have not reviewed the opinions of these scholars. I suppose like Trump you would say that you are more informed on this issue than Jeremy Raskin.
