re: biggs

read that in barrons. he likes asia right now and is very down on techs.

i am very impressed with all of the arrests that have happened in the ministry of finance.--they have on hell of a tough cop on the white collar scroundrals.

this is very bullish when you add it to the bang coming this spring.

today i have been thinking again about nomura and tokyo-mits bank. do you realize that the average japanese citizen makes 1% on their investments?

wait till they have fidelity, morgan stanley, merrill lynch etc.

today on cnbc cramer said that he is buying MBK and WEBS. says yes it could be early but as a long term play he thinks he will make a lot of money.

i am buying mbk when it drops into the 15-16 range over the next 6 months--slowly because there could be downside to 14-15K.
