Of course the virus is real. It was a bio weapon dumped on us by china & used as a political weapon by the msm/dnc/rino wannabe rulers. Just go back and watch the msnbc/cnn/fox meltdown when DJT mentioned HCQ. The POTUS was accused of attempting to kill Americans just for mentioning he used it as a preventative measure.

indeed, condolences to you...... it does feel like a clinical crapshoot in many situations. The variability in severity within the population for folks say 40-70yrs is certainly intriguing. Folks infected within the same family at the same time are showing different symptom intensity, duration, and in some cases much different clinical outcomes, unfortunately. biologically its fascinating as these coronas appear opportunistic and almost seem to seek out and "super infect" those folks younger than 70-75 with altered immune function and molecular differences in their ACE receptors.
