Yeah, I saw that.

My wife & I are getting our first vaccine shots tomorrow. If all goes according to plan, four weeks from now we should get the second. If Biden doesn't foolishly follow Fauci's advice WRT to second doses.

The combo looks interesting. I placed it on my watch list, may get it. But — by now, you know that my default is on the conservative side. Those caps have 22mg of Zn - which is double the RDA for men, and almost triple for women (8mg). Together with a normal diet, it’s even higher.

Quercetin and the green tea extracts are 900mg (usually, caps are 250-500mg).

Long story short, if I get it, I’ll take one on alternate days. Also, the green tea extract contains 1% caffeine. Those sensitive to caffeine should try taking the supplement in the morning, rather than at night.

Like you, I’ll continue taking those supplements after I get the 2nd vaccine shot.

BTW, a couple of weeks ago I realized that soon they may open vaccine eligibility to new categories of people, including young folks, who may not even need it all that much. That would make it a lot harder to get vaccinated. So, I started actively looking into getting the vaccine. Eventually, got it through the County health department.
