Up to that point the company regularily was advising the public investing community that it was a healthy company which owned factories, a refurbished vessel personally reviewed by Morgan,... and that will not play out well with the court nor any authorities. That was very wrong.

Since Dempsey Mork admits to be a shortseller and admitted his employees posted on SI, and Randall Baker said they want to halt the stock of RMIL. It appears that RMIL might have a slam dunk on the lawsuit. Nothin' but net? :-)
