Mork certainly wanted the halt but that may not contribute to the advantage of RMIL since the SEC took necessary action and halted the stock. Up to that point the company regularily was advising the public investing community that it was a healthy company which owned factories, a refurbished vessel personally reviewed by Morgan,... and that will not play out well with the court nor any authorities. That was very wrong.

Since Dempsey Mork admits to be a shortseller and admitted his employees posted on SI, and Randall Baker said they want to halt the stock of RMIL. It appears that RMIL might have a slam dunk on the lawsuit.
