Ellen,actually it was the SEC who found reason to halt the stock.Has the SEC been given the proper info to allow trading to resume? Has it been reviewed? Will this info satisfy the SEC? Have any MMs reviewed and submitted to the SEC? Lots of questions, and the least important, any about Mork..DD PS: this crap about the SEC being satisfied with the 8K and that is the reason the halt was lifted, is just that,crap..The halt is only mandated for 10 days,we all know that.. This is a two tiered situation the halt, and the review of info submitted from both the company and the marketmaker..before trading can resume..It's foolish to think anyone,but the SEC is responsible for the halt,I'm sure info was presented to intiate an examination by multiple players,and then the SEC made a dicision..HALT! and we will review your answers..
