Bad Guess Troy-
The reason the old firm quit was because they told solvex they wouldn't accept the figures that the firm handling the bankruptcy case came up with. They said they would have to do their own audit. That is start over from square one when we were out of bankruptcy.
It didn't make sense for us to pay to have this work done over again and also have another delay of 3 or 4 weeks before we could make our filings.
It was decided it would be best if they quit and our new accounting firm is the one doing the bankruptcy work for us.

What I have been told
