I don't know when the denial of wrongdoing was posted, but the company web site--Investor Relations page--has one paragraph on the subject, promising a vigorous defense. I saw it late last week.

With the Asian markets up fairly strongly today, we may get a bounce with Adaptec price.

But I'm still holding.

Interesting that ADPT isn't bouncing back so strongly as some other beaten down companies. ORCL comes to mind. ADPT is a large, diversified company with multiple revenue streams, so a bit curious for the slow return.
