Excellent !! ...talked to a guy there this morning (Larry) who seemed pretty informed about the stock. and what's going to take place. * monies invested in KIWT will translate directly into monies invested in Level 3 when it goes public. there will be some kind of ratio there, which of course, is yet to be determined. * no problems anticipated with the IRS and the "C" shares spinoff. * he expects that Level 3 will go public in May, or June. * he said Level 3 will enter the market as a "big player". **News: there has been no news. things are proceeding as planned. the stock has retraced recently because, he believes, insiders are selling. " you have to realize that Diversified Group insiders have no other holdings. all of a sudden they have become very rich (1 to 10 million dollars) and they are not diversified. so with the stock moving from a low of 29 to a high of 55, many of them see this as a chance to take profits". there are certainly other important questions that need to be asked, that escaped me. if anyone else is inclined, the number TXSB gave us is valid. ...and thank you.
