Koch Oil, one of the largest private independent oil companies in North America is their partner.

The stock has just completed a triple bottom on January 29, 1998 at $ 0.50.

The name is United Tri-Star, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The company trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The symbol is UTS.

Some more action on V.TK today. There was a 1.3 mil block trade in the late afternoon. Is this institutional buying? Is there any beef behind the promo?
