Anybody has an account with "Fahnestock"? Their analyst, Dan Scovel, has given a report on S3 which the heading reads something like "Accounting is fine; Products are uncertain". This goes back to S3 being liptied! It appears S3 may not have anything to talk about or may have big surprises against competition which make them to be closed to all fronts at this stage of game (leap frogging)! With FDJA, it seems the latter be the case.

Anyhow, that report is nice to have to see what those guys saying! If anyone has access, please post it here for all to read. Thanks.

Jerry,

I think Terry is restructuring and probing. Look on how much better the general "feel" is since he stepped back in.

If the "killer product" Frank Monroe was hearing about a few months back is still due to be implemented, S3 could either turn around nicely or certainly be an attractive consideration for some M&A. They're far from dead.

(Wow. DOW up 208 and Nasdaq up 34. So much for the Monica Factor.)

Onward,

George
