I was referring to your reference to killing Free Speech: I'm quite sure I never advocated anything in my life that would kill free speech. I supported the Nazis demonstrating in Skokie and I've never backed off that. What you referenced is akin to yelling fire in a crowded theatre, which is already established in law. My intent was not to jail anyone.A charge for that would be useful in bringing out all the issues in an orderly and reliable fashion. It's another forum for getting to the truth and sorting out societal values.
