David I wanted 8,000 but got 4k fillled and rest flew me by ... I do have a mental stop loss at my entry however... I will see after speaking with CEO.. Just bought 15,000 HVSF at 1.06.... and 5,000 RCOM at 1 9/16 thru 1 13/16.... Joe

Sitting with CEO now.. Asset base now is 13 mill.. Merger finished.. with substantial equity and client base,, a release will be made from the merger partner from London this week.. NYC mag is going to press and will be out on Feb 28th with major advertising ... Bloomberg Radio is advertising it all day now (go to bloomberg with real audio) also infomercial for cable and network is in production. Megafilms International is being funded by a separate entity for 10 million dollars.. with Antonio Vivaldi film and many documentaries for exposure on cable, ie Discovery and TLC. Also two feature films.. low budget aspect of Megafilms makes it a profitable operation.. Megamarketing will be in operation within 10 days with its prepaid legal service... which is a growing area... membership legal service in case you get sued for annual fee.... George Levy who produced The Family of Man is coming out with The Human Experience.. this year,,, expected sales to be in millions... Financials, shows assets of 13.5 mill,, little debt,,and is being audited..it will be published in 10 days, and will be a reporting company , within a few months with Nasdaq. The target date is end June, 1998.. 1-900 WorldWide group of cos. to participate in launching of new global service designed to help non profit organisations. HQ ed in London and NY , 1-900 will make avaliable in 20 countries 1-900 service for charitable organisations... It just started.. I suggest we buy some here at this low price and wait for the news and the magazine... I also know who sold this morning a large block.. But its OK,, I am buying some more as we speak .... My target for 4 intermediary still stands ... Joe
