This included the funding of equipment purchases, paying rent for storefronts where voting occurred without legally required partisan observers present, the placement of drop boxes in Democrat strongholds, while not in Republican ones, hiring of personnel to coach Democrat voters in the Democrat satellite operations without observers (aka "ballot harvesting"), and the list is pretty lengthy beyond this.
