I have not had a discussion with them on this topic. I think they intend to do an underwriting that will be in tranches at $.50 $1:00 and $2.00. all to take place in the first half of this year. The prices will depend on negotiations that are going on now. Assuming they beta test their technology in the second and third quarter they wont be into sales until the last quarter and possibly the third quarter. My guess is that they will become a reporting company after the year end when they will have something to report. That's the best I can do for now.
