Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an emerging technology
which provides for the automatic identification of people, products,
and animals in a multitude of applications ranging from simple inventory
tracking to complex automatic toll collection systems.

RFID technology is superior to other forms of automatic identification
in that it permits the identification of objects moving at higher
speeds and at greater distances from the readers. It also does not
require line of sight, can read and track multiple objects and the
same time, and can operate in extrememly harsh environments.

This company is public under the symbol RFID registered in Delaware
and headquartered in Mountain View California.

The company is headed up by chairman Peter Kim formerly and
Executive with Daewang corp in Korea. RFID will enjoy the
presense and capabilities of a new ceo and president Patrick
O' Hearn formerly Vice President of Cirrus Logic, Manager of
Phillips electronics, Motorola, Fujitsu Microelectronics.
