Chris: Thanks for the information from your call to IR. Yesterday I sent an email note to an Adaptec employee asking whether he could provide an address for IR. I found his name and corporate email address in a list of participants in a SCSI assn. meeting and apologized for intruding. And won't anymore, now that I know IR's policy on email. I guess I can see the point. Unhappy investors could innundate a company with email, responding could eat up lots of time, and written remarks could be used to the company's disadvantage. Starowl
