You're right about retail spreads, good point, but are you sure the quote you're looking at is intended for retail consumption? I guess I just question the accuracy of any Bloomberg quote on an illiquid corporate. My experience has been that whatever institution is feeding Bloomberg its info just excessively widens the bid/ask and then makes infrequent updates. Paul, if you're seriously interested in these bonds, you're best off calling your broker and asking him to get a live quote for you. (Guarantee it'll annoy him, too.)
