Yes it is a tricky business. Could it have been handled better? One concrete step would have been to let it be known that there was a board of directors meeting scheduled today to review................. If the Sakura deal were subject to Board review, the PR release should have so stated. If this was an omission of fact, the company has IMO additional legal problems. We will find out if the Sakura deal goes through. If it does, then there is no problem I assume in this area. You will recall that they made an Edgar filing on the NASDAQ problem but no press release. Another problem for them IMO. All told, I think they have not been open with investors and this is a big shame and potentially a problem for them. Nothing has changed...they are still not coming clean with what is going on.
