Nevin:

Jay Deana [?], Morgan Stanley:
Good afternoon Bob and Bill [Bob and Bill say hi]. Couple of questions here. How
many deep-UV steppers were installed at chipmakers in the fourth quarter?

Akins:
82 or 83.

Deana:
Ok. And uh starting in the first quarter, do you envision installed crossing over and
being a higher number than laser shipments?

Angus:
About equal.

Deana:
Ok.

I look at the above and it appears to me Angus is saying the number shipped will be approximately the same as the number installed. It appears as he is saying the first quarter will see approx 82 or 83 lasers shipped.

What looks good to me is that after so many are installed around the world it ensures the furture market. I looks like a fantastic market opening up and Cymer is the only company that can supply quality and quantity now.

What the installments/lasers shipping issue means. In Q1, the number of DUV tools being installed at chip makers will equal lasers being shipped by Cymer. For the first time I think?
