Understandibly, there are many questions to be answered and issues to be addressed. Cisco has characteristically formulated a fine summary, and I will work from his list. Is the resignation of Peter Gombrich related to the formation of OncoMedics with Sakura and other strategic partners? No. Will Peter still be chairman of OncoMedics? No. Is the formation of OncoMedics still on track with Sakura and other strategic partners? All options are being evaluated at this time. The smooth transition of the leadership of AccuMed International is the primary function of management and the Board at this time. Is the resignation of Peter Gombrich related to the company's current discussions with NASDAQ? No. Were any of the shares that were sold off today related to inside selling?
