I’m not going to look them up but there were numerous times during the Mueller investigation when I stated on this thread or another than CNN and/ or WaPo were obviously lying, they turned out to be, and they never ate their words. That was wrong. Yet Trump had no recourse. It wasn’t mere incompetence. It was intent to mislead the public. The target should be able to sue for cash. Period. Always, if they abuse the First Amendment privilege.
