Sigmund, I have read each of the S-3/As as they came out. Most of the time the only changes you see are were the unaudited figures become audited figures or slight changes in ways things are calculated. I have posted each time what the changes were on this thread. It is common practice to list loss of key personnel as a risk factor in an companies prospectus. If you go all the way back to the beginning you will find the loss of Peter Gombrich listed as a risk factor! I believe if you check the prospectus of most young companies you will find the loss of key personnel as a risk factor. Cisco
