The autopsy itself clearly states that he had 4x a normal fatal dose of fentanyl

Where did you get that?

The estimated lethal dose of fentanyl in humans is 2 mg. The recommended serum concentration for analgesia is 1–2 ng/ml and for anaesthesia it is 10–20 ng/ml. Blood concentrations of approximately 7 ng/ml or greater have been associated with fatalities where poly-substance use was involved.
Seems to me that the most you could claim was that he had a potentially fatal dose.

The autopsy states no such thing. Why do you lie so much? A fatal dose of fentanyl is significantly higher than what was found. Now it likely is the case that given the level found and absent any other cause, the death might be ruled as an overdose. But there were complicating factors in Floyd's case. Like having an officer kneel on his neck.
