The following link documents cases of death at < 3 ng/ml although more commonly higher and sometimes as high as 11 or 13 ng/ml.

In any case, quite possibly a lethal dose, certainly when mixed with Meth and his heart disease and other physical issues.

Which guarantees there "should" be reasonable doubt as to whether the actions of the officer killed him, given there was no reference in the autopsy to his air supply being cut off.

I just think you can't get to a legit murder conviction with his physical health problems + fentanyl. It just has to create reasonable doubt.
